I woke up this morning and the only thing I can remember of my dream is the following chorus to a pop song I was hearing:
I am given to understand that this might have had something to do with NPR (which is why I hate waking up to the radio, because _strangest dreams_.)
But still. Do you have any idea how frustrating it is to be earwormed by a song that doesn't even exist?!

(Anonymous) 2012-06-05 09:07 pm (UTC)(link)When I'm pretty sure a song that has come into my head actually doesn't exist, however, I generally consider it a work of creativity and try to finish it.
...unless I hate it.

Then once it's down, you can either it "erase" or if it sounds like it might be a worthwhile song, make it a song.
