So, one thing I'm very very bad at, possibly the thing that I am more bad at than anything else, is sitting down and writing.
I'm bad at it when it's essays. I'm bad at it when it's stories. I'm bad at it when it's NaNoWriMo. And I'm fucking terrible at it when it's school.
That's why I'm really quite confused that I actually managed to finish writing this essay. Who would've ever guessed that all it took was twenty minutes of hardcore severe writing, and not being on chat, or letting myself get distracted by the internet. Really, who knew?
Because honestly? I write really quite fast, especially bullshit. But the shortest papers turn into all-nighters for me, simply because I find myself doing all kinds of entertaining things that don't have anything to do with prostitution in Elizabethan England, or how to make a game more disability-friendly, or the changing rights of women in education.
I'm really quite confused by how little time that actually took --two hours for four pages, and that's with a livejournal entry in the middle. I guess I'll just go sleep now or something?
