John McCain is old, Obama is from the South Side of Chicago. This is not a question. If his own brawn isn't enough, Obama will send a pack of mewling kittens after McCain, armed with rainbows. Still not a question.

McCain was a POW, so he is a tough cookie. although due to that he cannot fully lift his arms up over his head, which Obama could use against him. although i am not convinced Obama would win in a steel cage match over anyone.

but for sheer intimidation i think McCain would win.

POW McCain wins, hands down. Of course, the second the match is over he'll be swarmed by enraged spectators drawn in by Obama's youthful charm.
